Avijit Ghosh is an Indian polymath and entrepreneur working across philosophy, literature, music, visual art, and education. His work integrates intellectual inquiry, artistic expression, and applied learning into a unified, system-oriented body of practice focused on character, consciousness, and long-term creative development.
He is the founder of Hindi Sales University and the Charitrapreneur Movement, initiatives dedicated to sales training, entrepreneurship, personal development, and character-based growth. He is also associated with independent publishing through Avijit Ghosh Publishing House, through which he develops and distributes his multidisciplinary work.
Across disciplines, he has authored over 100 books, released more than 100 musical works across digital platforms, composed over 100 Bengali poems, and created more than 100 contemporary miniature paintings presented through his official artistic platforms.
He was recognized by the International Book of Records for publishing more than 100 marketing and sales training videos on YouTube within a single day. He has also received an honorary doctorate (Honoris Causa) for his contributions to character development, entrepreneurship, and sales and marketing.
He is the originator of the “Zero Theory” and the “Price of Time Protocol,” philosophical frameworks that influence his creative process, productivity systems, and long-term body of work.
Across all domains, his work reflects an integrated approach to philosophy, creativity, discipline, and execution within a long-term system-oriented vision. He has worked closely with youth across India in the fields of communication, entrepreneurship, and character development. Through lived experience, he observed that skill without character leads to instability, while ethics without capability leads to helplessness.
Inspired by the wisdom of his grandfather, Shri Manik Chandra Ghosh, a lifelong practitioner of Dharma, this movement was shaped on a simple truth: “The dharmic path may appear slower, but it allows one to stand with dignity for a lifetime.”
Shri Manik Chandra Ghosh, Maternal Grand Father of Avijit Ghosh, Who Inspired Avijit Ghosh To Srart This Movement.
