A Charitrapreneur is someone who listens to their inner Viveka (conscious intelligence), understands their true life purpose, and takes action with discipline, ethics, and long-term vision. When you stop chasing shortcuts and start playing the character you were born to be, you become a Charitrapreneur.
This movement is about building spiritually awakened, economically self-reliant, socially responsible, and ethically strong individuals who will lead India's transformation.

This movement wasn’t born from power. It was born from pain, observation, and inner awakening.
After developing strong skills in sales and business, Dr. Avijit Ghosh began training underprivileged youth across India — not just to earn, but to grow. However, many sought shortcuts. A few even succeeded for a while. But within two or three years, they collapsed — financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
That’s when Dr. Avijit Ghosh remembered his grandfather’s words:
"If you walk the slower dharmic path, you may reach later — but you'll stand forever. The fast path may glitter, but it burns the soul."
So We are promoting Character Driven Entrepreneurship by staying committed to Greatness while doing what should be done for the betterment of our next generation.

Dr. Avijit Ghosh's grandfather Shri Manik Chandra Ghosh taught him the Purusharth Model for a better life —
filtering every desire, decision, and dream through:
Dharma (Is it duplicable and righteous?)
Artha (Will it create sustainable impact?)
Kama (Is it driven by selfish desire or service?)
Moksha (Am I attached to the result or free from ego?)
That spiritual compass gave birth to a new kind of Thought leadership: the Charitrapreneur — a warrior of truth, a builder of society, a protector of Dharma.
